Religion is the set of unwritten and written rules that provide moral guidance to people through their faith in God, the Creator of all things.

Spiritualism is the connection between the visible and invisible worlds, for the purpose of inspiration and the conception of the rules of life, as dictated by higher celestial entities. It was through Spiritualism that Religions were created.

Often the question arises of whether Religion and Spiritualism are opposing or parallel realms of thought. Globally, a divide is observed between the two, creating the false impression that they cannot coexist.

This rivalry or antagonism has given rise to a fabricated illusion of reality, leading to the devaluation and rejection of both concepts – what is now internationally referred to as Spirituality, which fills the resulting void with misleading theories.

Big Spiritualist centers abroad largely practice Spiritualism while distancing themselves from Religion. Conversely, the main Churches—as representatives of Religion—tend to reject Spiritualism altogether.

The “Divine Light” serves as the unifying link between these two seemingly opposing concepts—Spiritualism and Religion.

The aim of the Society is to reconcile these artificial divisions as one underlying reality in which both essentially coexist, through the illuminating and, at the same time, rational knowledge conveyed in the Teachings delivered from Beyond, from the Spiritual Teachers.

Without fanaticism or dogmatic constraints, it is essential for today’s man, to see and acknowledge with free spirit, the coexistence of these two concepts, towards the completion of the pursuant knowledge and faith.

It has been wrongly stated and is still supported by certain circles that Spiritualist communications are exclusively subject to the interference of the Evil One. Angelic, holy, and superior spirits naturally communicate to guide humanity.

Caution and discernment, however, are essential on the part of those who engage in and practice Spiritualist communications, in order to avoid potentially misleading directions and influences. There is, therefore, an active existence beyond death, and the New Testament contains many references to the Kingdom of Heaven and its influence upon our world.

G. C. Pisanis

“Spiritualism consists of the connecting link between all religions.

The true purpose of Spiritualism is the union of all human beliefs and doctrines into a single Principle. This means the popularization and implementation of Humanism. All the great Mystics, Prophets and Saints sought, as Spiritualists, the right Principle, to elevate man spiritually and to enlighten him mentally.”
