From the very moment of birth, man draws his first breath through a mechanical movement. What is this mysterious wonder of Nature — this rhythm that begins at birth and accompanies us to the very end, as the animating energy of all living creatures?

Gradually, man comes to know about good and evil, and the necessity of self-preservation within a competitive world, where survival demands a price. A character takes shape, tested in life’s great arena through fortune and misfortune alike. And as a rule, one shall taste both joy and sorrow. What then is this life — brief in its duration, accompanied by the slow decay of the body? What is its purpose? Why do we exist at all?

This invites yet another question — one concerning those noble sentiments that seem native to ordinary man: kindness and solidarity, hope and optimism; the instinct to choose good over evil; righteousness and the fight against injustice. Why do these feelings exist — taught, yes, and yet somehow already dwelling within us, perhaps merely waiting to be awakened?

The Meaning and Purpose in Life

Here is a curious mechanism, found upon this Earth, forever advancing in knowledge — knowledge that leads him gradually astray.

Many place their faith in a higher Power — God, hoping and sometimes pleading, for His intervention. Many others acknowledge no power beyond man himself, and hold that everything, like the Universe, is random coincidence and nothing more.

And yet — why does man persist in cultivating Love and Justice? What compels us? Is it innate, as we have supposed? To what end, if everything concludes here?

Or perhaps there is a continuation beyond this life — one that lends our presence here some purpose worthy of the name?

Why, one wonders, is Truth perpetually hidden, perpetually sought — much like God Himself?

Is He absent? Or is it rather that Creation is expecting something from us?

Why Are We Here? Our Reason for Living

Some questions were set on the purpose of our existence.

Threre are people who wonder and others who do not.

For the former, there are answers. Answers, that each one of us can give to himself, without external suggestions.

The World History, for the well-intentioned seeker, gives answers to these questions. Will is all that is needed.

Great spirits of Antiquity and of the Classical period spoke openly about Principles of Love, Peace, Justice. Even about the question on the existence of afterlife!

Unfortunately, a reverse spirit disorients the righteousness of thought and logic takes on two sides. The obvious is doubted and even discredited, as faith to the Creator-God and His Messenger, as Savior of our spiritual deception, who also spoke clearly about the Heavenly Kingdom.
