Buddhism is a complicated religion
Confucius
CONFUCIUS: A lot of people have the impression that Buddha was a distinguished personality. They are deceived. Buddha was a simple man. He did not have a spiritual education but was pious towards the Powers of Heaven, without knowing them. He founded, in his own way, a religion without eyes. His successors cultivated this religion and ascribed a lot of things to the first Buddha, without these things belonging to him.

Buddhism today is a complicated religion and whoever wants to abide to it ought to abandon everything, seeking the Divine Breath in the isolation and in the study of the various works of the Buddhist Dogma. In other words, Buddhism is not humane. Man cannot be inactive towards his fellowmen and care only for his soul, being indifferent to his body, as if the latter did not belong to him.
