In this issue we present a few selected Speeches from the book \u201cHOMER MAN and PEACE\u201d, published by our Society. The book is an English translation from Greek by John Alexander.<\/strong><\/p>\n The Divine Light Texts are spiritual communications received by the Channel George Pisanis during the years 1961 – 1979. \nModeration is not unjust, does not abuse, and does not hate.
\nModeration is the love of balance.
\nThe saying \u201cModeration in all things\u201d was not a manner of speaking but a true revelation of the Divine light to men of spirituality and reason.
\nPoetry without measure has no harmony and music deprived of measure sounds wrongly. You ought therefore to possess moderation as a yardstick for everything.
\nThe frenzied imagination has no moderation, only madness.
\nInsistence on an idea or on a mistaken tradition leads to fanaticism, which compels man to backtrack from the right path and changes him from a calm person to a crazy detractor of the truth and an enemy of love.
\nDo not ignore moderation. Everything done in moderation is correct; beyond that you create chasms which lead you to the irredeemable abyss.
\nThe value of moderation is a priceless treasure for man.
